Our return and exchange policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction with every pair of FlexClogs.
Because each pair is made-to-order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and qualify under our policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return shipping & eligibility
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, FlexClog will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In many cases, you will not be required to return the item.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and qualify under our policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Products that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible.
All items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
