After placing an order, customers can expect their FlexClog comfort clogs to arrive within approximately 6–13 business days. Each pair is made-to-order to ensure quality and unique design. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination. Shipping times may vary slightly based on location, carrier delays, or high demand periods. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped so they can monitor delivery progress.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 on all orders.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $60. Orders below this amount will be charged the flat rate at checkout.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship FlexClogs worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and many international destinations. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Customers in remote areas may experience slightly longer shipping times. Returns & Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and qualify under our policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
